Can I return a BUFF® product?

We are sorry to hear you want to get a refund for a BUFF® accessory! You can ask for a refund within 30 days after the reception of the order.

How can I return a product?

You can ask for a refund within 30 days after the reception of the order.

If you live in Canada, you may return your unworn and unwashed BUFF® product with the original tags and packaging intact for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of the purchase date. All discounted products are final sales. Clearance items can’t be returned. Please contact our Customer Service department to complete our return form - [email protected]

Who covers the shipment expenses in case of return?

If you wish to return a product, you will need to send it back to our warehouse.

  • If the reason for the return is a mistake by BUFF® (error on the model, color or similar). BUFF® will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses.
  • If the reason for the return is an error on the manufacturing of the product, BUFF® will refund you the whole price of the order plus the shipment expenses. As an alternative, you can ask for a new delivery of the desired item. In that case, you will need to send back the original item and BUFF® will send you a new one. All delivery expenses will be covered by BUFF®.
  • If the reason for the return is not the responsibility of BUFF®, the delivery expenses will be covered by the client. 

How long does it take the refund to arrive to my bank account?

Once we receive the product on our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund within no more than 15 days. Please, bear in mind it may take up to 72 hours to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank.

If you purchase at BUFF® Canada, we will issue a refund via Credit card or Paypal or process the product exchange as indicated after the product is received and inspected.

Refunds/Exchanges can take up to 2-4 weeks. We will notify you once your return has been refunded.

Please, bear in mind it may take up to 5 business days to show on your bank statement. If you've heard from us but don't see anything in your bank account, please connect directly with your bank.

Which type of products may I return?

You can return any product as long as it has not been used and with its original packaging. You can return the product within no more than 30 days after receiving it.

May I return a product bought online in a physical store?

At the moment, it is not possible to return any product bought online in our physical stores.

May I return a product bought in a physical store via www.buff.com?

This option is only available for those items bought in an official BUFF® store. To be able to return the products, you need to submit the original purchase ticket and to meet the requirements of our refunds Terms and Conditions. Please, contact our Customer Service department by submitting this form. We are glad to help!

What happens if the order can’t be delivered?

If the order can't reach the specified address and it is returned to BUFF® by the courier, a second shipment can be requested by the client. BUFF® Canada will contact the client to confirm a new address.

Please note, the shipment expenses for the new shipment will be paid by the client. You can find more information on shipment expenses here.

May I change the delivery address?

We process orders within 24-48 hours, if you notice any mistake on your order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible.

It's not possible to change the content or the delivery address once the order has been confirmed. To assure there are not incidents on your next purchases, we recommend you create an account at www.buff.com and set the right delivery address on your profile. We are sorry about any inconvenience this may cause.

May I cancel my order?

We process orders within 24-48 hours, if you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it. You need to ask for a refund once you receive the order so we will be able to give your money back. We recommend you refuse the delivery when the order arrives so you will avoid any additional cost.

I cancelled my order but I have received it anyway.

Once the order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel it. You need to ask for a refund once you receive the order so we will be able to give your money back. We recommend you refuse the delivery when the order arrives so you will avoid any additional cost.

Is there a guarantee for the products bought at BUFF®?

At BUFF® we believe in high-quality products and our manufacturer's warranty covers defects caused in the production process.

Defects or imperfections due to incorrect use or handling of the material or the wear and tear caused by normal use of said item are not covered under our warranty.

Additional information on returns:

  • Unless cases specified above, shipping expenses on returns will be paid by the customer.
  • Only returns and exchanges of products purchased from our online store will be processed. 
  • In the event of manufacturing or quality defects attributable to BUFF®, the full amount of the invoice will be refunded within 10 working days after the reception of the product. Also shipping expenses will be paid by BUFF®.
  • Once the return has been approved and executed by BUFF®, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Refunds will be only paid for articles following the returns policy by BUFF®.
