Which company will handle the shipment?
We use different service providers depending on the country we are shipping to. However, we inform you that we do not deliver to Pack Stations.
Can I track my orders?
Once you place an order, you will be able to track the shipment status on real time. The tracking system varies depending on the country and specific courier.
What can I do if my package doesn’t arrive on time?
We try our best to deliver always on the estimated times. If for any reason, there was a problem with your shipment please get in touch with us.
