When will I receive my products?

All our articles are dispatched during the 24-48 hours following the order. The estimated delivery varies depending on the country the items are sent to. Please have a look at the estimated delivery times for each country:

  • Spain: 3-5 working days.
  • Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Finland, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, Thailand, Cyprus, India: 4-6 working days.
  • Slovakia, Estonia, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania: 5-7 working days.
  • Austria, Norway, Sweden, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Luxembourg: 6-8 working days.

Unless specifically specified*, shipping rates depend on the country and shipment method:

  • Spain: €1,95. FREE SHIPMENT for all orders over €29.
  • France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovakia: €3,95. FREE SHIPMENT for all orders over £39 / €39.
  • Denmark, Finland, Greece, Belgium, Netherland, Slovenia, Italy, Portugal, Croatia: €4,95. FREE SHIPMENT for all orders over €39.
  • Sweden, Cyprus, Malta, Luxembourg, Estonia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Latvia, : €5,95. FREE SHIPMENT for all orders over €49 / £5,95. 
  • Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, India, Thailand: €9,95. FREE SHIPMENT for all orders over €59.

Can I track my orders?

Once you place an order, you will be able to track the shipment status on real time. The tracking system varies depending on the country and specific courier.

What can I do if my package doesn’t arrive on time?
