We are currently receiving a higher than usual amount of orders.

Our team is preparing the shipments as fast as possible, but due to increased safety measures we might not be able to ship all orders within one business day.We are shipping daily from Monday - Friday. Thank you for your understanding.


Delivery Times

Orders ship from Canmore, Alberta and generally leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days, please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing during busy periods as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. Please note, after the orders have been accepted and have been picked up by the shipping company we will provide the relevant tracking number to the customer. At this point, the shipping company is in charge of timely delivery. 

  • Canada Post Expedited: Shipping times depending on Canada Post. Please check Official Updates by Canada Post for more details.
  • Canada Post Xpresspost: We are currently not offering Express Shipping as Canada Post can't guarantee the delivery times. We will update the shipping methods as soon as possible.
  • FedEx Ground: 3-8 Business Days

Shipping & Handling fees

Shipping cost is calculated before tax, free shipping to Canada is available with a minimum purchase of $50 before tax. We ship all orders trackable with Canada Post.

  • Standard Shipping under $50 via Canada Post Expedited (tracked) - $9.50
  • Standard Shipping over $50 via Canada Post Expedited (tracked) - FREE
  • Canada Post Xpresspost - $20.00 (Currently not offered)
  • Other Shipping options: FedEx Ground (any order) - $15.00

Shipping restrictions

Please note, BUFF® Canada ships orders only within Canada.

If you are an international customer, please check for an online store or retailer in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In case the customer chooses to ship through a third party company, which offers forwarding services to regions outside of Canada, BUFF® Canada offers only tracking to the provided address and is not responsible for any kind of delays or lost shipments after the shipment was received by the provided recipient.

Return Policy

To be able to return a product, the following conditions must be followed:

  • No clearance products. All discounted sales are final.
  • You may return your unused (not worn or washed) product with the original tags and packaging for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • For exchange please indicate witch pattern you would like to get instead.
  • Only BUFF® products purchased on can be returned. 
  • We are only accepting UN-OPENED BUFF® Filter Mask & BUFF® Replacement Filter Pack Boxes for return and refund. If the packaging has been opened and the product has been worn or the sterile packaging of the Replacement Filters has been opened, we can't accept a return.

Shipping & Handling fees as well as the fees for the return postage are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us and we will email you a return form.
  2. Fill up the return form and don't forget to include it in your return parcel.
  3. Mail your parcel to: BUFF® Canada, 120-105 Bow Meadows Cres. Canmore, AB, T1W 2W8
  4. As soon as we receive the product, we will issue a refund via Credit card or Paypal or can exchanged for an other Buff product.
  5. We will notify you once your return has been refunded.
