Longer shipping times expected with Canada Post due to order volume and COVID-19 measures

Our team is preparing the shipments as fast as possible, but due to increased safety measures, processing online orders may take up to 3-4 business days. We are shipping daily from Monday - Friday. We are closed during public holidays.

Canada Post is currently facing mailing volume they have never experienced as well as changed processes to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions and protect their employees. They are working around the clock to get packages to their final destination. That being said, our customer service team here at BUFF® Canada can only see as much information regarding your order as you see from your tracking number. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is in the couriers’ hands and unfortunately out of our control.

We are doing everything in our power to get more information from Canada Post in case an order hasn’t been delivered yet and the customer has reached out to us. We are aware, that this situation can cause disappointment and we appreciate your patience while we work with Canada Post to solve the issue.  Please reach out to our customer service team for any return/refund request, we have extended our return period from 30 to 60 days to ensure delays caused by our shipping partners are not impacting the ability to return a product for full refund.

We are currently unable to re-ship any delayed product until we hear back from Canada Post regarding the status of the original order.

Delivery Times

Orders ship from Canmore, Alberta, and order processing may take up to 3-4 business days. During busy sales season such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December Holidays, it might take 4-5 business days. Please shop early this holiday season as parcel volumes will increase.

After the orders have been accepted and have been picked up by the shipping company, we will provide the relevant tracking number to the customer.

At this point, the shipping company is in charge of timely delivery. 

  • Canada Post Expedited: Shipping times depending on Canada Post. Please check the Canada Post website for more details.
  • FedEx Ground: 3-8 Business Days - For Holiday delivery time expectations, please refer to the FedEx website for more details.

Shipping & Handling fees

Shipping cost is calculated before tax, free shipping to Canada is available with a minimum purchase of $50 before tax. We ship all orders trackable with Canada Post.

  • Standard Shipping under $50 via Canada Post Expedited (tracked) - $9.50
  • Standard Shipping over $50 via Canada Post Expedited (tracked) - FREE
  • Other Shipping Options: FedEx Ground (any order) - $15.00

Shipping restrictions

Please note, BUFF® Canada ships orders only within Canada.

If you are an international customer, please check for an online store or retailer in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In case the customer chooses to ship through a third party company, which offers forwarding services to regions outside of Canada, BUFF® Canada offers only tracking to the provided address and is not responsible for any kind of delays or lost shipments after the shipment was received by the provided recipient.

Return Policy

To be able to return or exchange a product, the following conditions apply.

  • You may return your unworn and unwashed product with the original tags and packaging intact for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • For health and safety reasons, we are only accepting UN-OPENED BUFF® Filter Masks & BUFF® Replacement Filter Packs for return and refund. Returns of product(s) with opened packaging cannot be accepted. 
  • If you want to exchange the ordered product(s), please indicate which style (name/SKU) you would like to get instead.
  • Only BUFF® products purchased on can be returned/exchanged. 
  • All discounted products are final sale. Clearance items can’t be returned.

Manufacturer defects are covered by our warranty and can be returned or exchanged for up to one year after purchase date. Normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.

Return postage will be paid by Buff Canada Ltd. on returns for warranty purposes. Shipping & Handling fees as well as the fees for the return postage are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us and we will email the details to start your return process.
  2. Please include your order number in the return package.
  3. Mail your parcel with Canada Post to: Buff Canada, 120-105 Bow Meadows Cres. Canmore, AB, T1W 2W8
  4. After the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund via Credit card or Paypal or process the product exchange as indicated.
  5. We will notify you once your return has been refunded.

Please note: Due to enhanced Health and Safety measures implemented with COVID-19, returns will be quarantined for 5 days after receipt prior to processing. Refunds/Exchanges can take up to 2-4 weeks.
