Our team is preparing the shipments as fast as possible, but due to increased safety measures, processing online orders may take up to 3-4 business days. We are shipping daily from Monday - Friday. We are closed during public holidays.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at BUFF® Canada?

Yes, it is secure to use your credit card and PayPal for purchases on our online store. BUFF® Canada is PCI Compliant and never stores any payment or financial information in our system. 

How long does it take to process a BUFF® order?

Orders ship from Canmore, Alberta, and order processing may take up to 2-3 business days. During busy sales seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December Holidays, it might take 4-5 business days.

Do I need to have an account in order to make a purchase?

An account is not required to place an order. You can check out as a Guest, but setting up an account provides easy access to your order, as well as quicker check-out next time. Plus, if you sign-up for the BUFF® Canada Newsletter you be the first to know about new collections and products and of course special offers, some just exclusive to our customers.

What if my billing address is separate from my shipping address?

No problem! You will be prompted to enter separate details for shipping and billing addresses at checkout. If the addresses are the same you can specify that too and avoid entering your details twice.

How to use a promo code?

If you have received a promo code, you will be able to redeem it before proceeding with the payment. Promo code can't be used to buy products with a discount already applied.

Can I order an item that is out-of-stock?

Our online store will not allow you to purchase an out-of-stock item. If you would like to know the approximate availability of that item, please contact us.

I never received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

It is possible that the confirmation email was moved to your junk mail folder. In the event that you have not received anything, please contact one of our Customer Service agents.

How can I modify my order?

Once you have placed your order there is no possibility to do any changes. We strongly suggest revising your shopping cart before processing your payment.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us. Only orders which haven’t been shipped from our warehouse can be canceled. Once your order has left our facility it will NOT be possible to cancel your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

For P.O. boxes, and residents of Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwestern Territories, Nunavut & Yukon - Canada Post is the default shipping method with a Standard cost of $15. For other provinces, free shipping is available with a minimum purchase of $60 before tax.

We ship all orders trackable via FedEx Economy or Canada Post. Please note, after the orders have been accepted and have been picked up by the shipping company we will provide the relevant tracking number to the customer. At this point, the shipping company is in charge of timely delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do! When entering your P.O Box details at checkout, it will automatically default to Canada Post Expedited.

Which company will handle the shipment?

FedEx and Canada Post.

We are pleased to offer now fast shipping of your BUFF® order via FedEx Economy. This service is available at a flat fee of $10 or free with a purchase over $60 (Before tax). Have your order delivered within 5 business days and be ready to enjoy the outdoors with your new BUFF® products faster than ever before. Please read the shipping details below. Some restrictions and exclusions may apply.

When will I receive my order?

Orders ship from Canmore, Alberta, and order processing may take up to 2-3 business days. During busy sales seasons such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December Holidays, it might take 4-5 business days. Please shop early this holiday season as parcel volumes will increase.

After the orders have been accepted and have been picked up by the shipping company, we will provide the relevant tracking number to the customer.

At this point, the shipping company is in charge of timely delivery. 

  • FedEx Economy: 1-5 Business Days depending on the delivery area - During Holidays or seasonal peak times, please refer to the FedEx website for more details regarding delivery times.
    * FedEx Economy is unfortunately not available for shipments to Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwestern Territories, Nunavut & Yukon.

  • Canada Post Expedited: Standard cost of $15 to all provinces and P.O. boxes. Shipping times depending on Canada Post. Please check the Canada Post website for more details
    * Canada Post is the default shipping method for PO BOX holders and residents of Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwestern Territories, Nunavut & Yukon.

How much are the shipping & handling fees?

Shipping cost is calculated before tax, free shipping to Canada is available with a minimum purchase of $60 before tax and before discounts. We ship all orders trackable with FedEx Economy or Canada Post Expedited.

  • Standard Shipping under $60 via FedEx Economy - $10.00
  • Standard Shipping over $60 via FedEx Economy - FREE
  • Other Shipping Options: Any orders via Canada Post Expedited (tracked) - $15.00

Which countries does BUFF® ship to?

Online purchases placed on buff.com/ca can be shipped only to destinations within Canada. However, BUFF® products are available worldwide please visit buff.com to find an online store in your country.

Can I track my orders?

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

* It can take up to 24 hours to track your shipment with the provided Tracking Number *

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you sure can! Our location is 120 - 105 Bow Meadows Cres. Canmore, AB, T1W 2W8. Hours of operations: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. Due to enhanced safety measures, we are only offering Curbside pick-up until further notice. Please call 1-866-473-3639 to place your order and arrange pick-up.

What can I do if my package doesn’t arrive on time?

It is possible that the confirmation email was moved to your junk mail folder. In the event that you have not received anything, please contact one of our Customer Service agents.
